We are established as a LLC in Orlando, Florida and have an antenna in Yokohama, Japan. Our games will be manufactured in China and should be shipped directly form there or from Japan/ the US, depending n the shipping rates.

Tactical Workshop started selling add-ons cards for GMT games’ "Red Storm" in 2019. It is a small, family owned and operated entity that started as non-profit and that we hope to expand into a small business.

The main reason is the selling price getting more and more prohibitive and far too high compared to industry standard for similar products. Additionally, our profit margin is so low (less than 5% of the price you pay) that it doesn’t justify the long hours spent on creation, design, promotion and play testing. Finally, the restrictions on the kind and format of the components that could be produced was limiting us in our designs and the printing quality was still below industry standard for some parts.

Our timeline was delayed for promotional and production adjustment reasons. It is now as follows:

• late 2024, promotional campaign for Albuera.

• 01/2025, launch of the "1811: Albuera Second Edition" on Gamefound.

• 02/2025, campaign ends, funding is received, production is started at the factory. Setting up a new store front on our website.

• 03/2025, production complete, games start to be shipped.

• by 05/2025, expected delivery of "1811: Albuera Second Edition" to our backers. If leftover copies are available, they will be put for sale on our new storefront.

• Second quarter 2025, launch of the "1809: Talavera" campaign (6 to 8 months from launch to final delivery).

• Late 2025, launch of the "1810: Bussaco Second Edition" campaign (6 to 8 months from launch to final delivery).

• 2026, launch of the "Tracers & Torpedoes Core Set" campaign.

In that case we will be forced to shelve all our boxed projects as we are not planning on going back to print on demand.

The weight of the game has increased due to the mounted map and thicker box, which leads to increased shipping rates.

When shipped directly from Japan, we plan on using Yamato International shipping for which the ground/air rates are (as of February 2025):

• Japan: ¥1340

• Asia: $25/$31

• Australia/New Zealand: $24/$42

• European Union/Great Britain/Turkey: $24/$48

• Other countries: $54/$130

When shipping to the US or Canada, we plan on using FedEx:

• US (continental): $18 to $25

• AK / HI: $25/$60

• Canada: $24/$42

This is the cost for 1 copy sent. Multiple copies will increase shipping costs depending on weight.

Our storefront at the GameCrafter will remain open for print on demand requests for those items and any new non-boxed game products.

Log in to your GameCrafter account and select "Your orders" under the pull-down menu (https://www.thegamecrafter.com/account/receipts). Copy the order number of the previously purchased boxed game as well as the date the order was placed. This information will serve as your proof of purchase to qualify for the "owners" rewards tier.

You can cancel a pledge you made any time before then end of a project’s funding period . Unfortunately, we are unable refund any pledge once a project has reached its goal (except for “Stable pledge” requirements).

In case of a defective product or missing component, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

We will announce in due time the date at which our crowdfunding will be launched.

• First, go to our project’s campaign page and select a reward tier appropriate to you. Note that only owners of the first edition of the game can select the "Owner" tier. You will not be charged until the project succeeds (and are never charged if it fails to meet its funding goal).This pledge does not include any shipping/taxes/VAT fees.

• Two weeks after the project’s campaign ends, the Gamefound pledge manager will ask you for your shipping options and you can modify your pledge by adding more copies to your order.

• When you are satisfied, select checkout and you will be asked to enter your shipping/billing information (note that your payment information is not shared with us). You will be given balance to pay that includes the shipping fees and any tax/VAT applicable to your shipping country/state.

• When paid, your order will be placed and you will be kept informed of the estimated shipping date of your order.
